This however, is not one of those stories; this is a story of friendship, challenges and yes….. Jermaine and Terresha met in the first week of their first semester in their first year at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. Through their first meeting they formed a wonderful friendship never thinking of each other as anything other than a friend.
A first attempt at romance was a disaster, both knowing so much about the other but yet realising they knew nothing at all. Through the ups and downs, Jermaine realised that Terresha was his perfect balance, through her he found a side of him that he had never met or maybe was just never friends with.
She was the woman he loved with every fibre of his being, the one his daughters would look like and his sons would call mother. She was the woman he wanted to grow old with; she was his potential wife and his lifelong friend. Terresha too realised that this young man was a man she could depend on, she would love forever and the perfect father for her children. He calmed her, was her constant voice of reason, and was always the first to support her, making her believe that she could do and be anything.
